Allproof’s range of cast bronze Small Diameter Roof Drains are the ideal solution for internal gutters on flat roofs. The small diameter is well suited for internal gutters or narrow areas. The centre outlet can be positioned closer to walls or parapets. 

The roof drain base is rebated into the roof substrate and fixed into place using screws. The rooftop waterproof membrane is applied over the entire roof space and dressed into the flange. A clamp ring is fixed over the top of the membrane and flange with stainless screws, providing a flush finish with the waterproofing surface and mechanically clamping the membrane in place. This will ensure that the membrane doesn’t move as the building settles or is affected by the elements.

The bronze material doesn’t warp or flex under heat-applied membrane creating a premium and high-performing finish. The grate uses a cam-lock system so that the waterproofing is not disturbed during maintenance.

The bronze roof drain flange outlet fits inside the pipe with an o-ring seal on 50 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm downpipe. A 90 degree flange and outlet option are available on 50 mm and 65 mm bases.
